Couples therapy offers a healthy and often fun way to build intimacy and communication skills, regardless of current trust and relationship-doubt challenges.

I employ a highly respectful and tailored approach to build and strengthen both healthy individualism and effective two-way communication.  This works to greatly support the couple relationship whether negotiating terms of a separation, repairing relations to avoid separation, and/or building new realms of intimacy and togetherness.

I well recognize and relish in the fact that when conditions are right, couples work often profoundly deepens intimacy, including playfulness sensuality and eroticism.

As a longstanding and enthusiastic family therapist, I’m careful to ensure that every voice in the family is heard, considered, and respected. Recognizing that a change in one member can profoundly affect changes in others and in the family “system”, I take a warm, playful, curious, and confident approach in facilitating family sessions. These sessions seem to always foster healthy changes for all who participate, regardless of differences in factors such as cultural background, personality, values and opinions, or age.
